LASUIS Board Presents 2020/2021 Year Book To The Vice Chancellor

The Lagos State University International School (LASUIS) Board being led by the Chairman, Prof. Ayodeji Faji Badejo on Wednesday, 6th April 2022, presented copies of the 2020/2021 Year Book published by the School to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji – Bello, mni, in her office at the 6th floor, Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building, main Campus, Ojo, Lagos.

Presenting the copies of the colourful Year Book to the Vice Chancellor, the Chairman of the Board, Prof. Badejo appreciated the Vice Chancellor for her commitment to the course of the University’s International School.

She commended the Vice Chancellor for her motherly care for the students and staff at the University’s International School and used the short occasion to ask for more support, adding that, the Vice Chancellor should visit the School on a facility tour. She equally updated the Vice Chancellor on the activities and achievements of the School.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji – Bello, mni, beaming with smile took time to flip through the 140 pages Year Book, applauded the efforts of LASUIS Board, Management ably being led by the Principal, Mr. Odumbo Taiwo, staff and students of the School.

She charged the Principal and the Board to move towards internationalization of the School’s academic works, as this will go along way to position the School on the World map.

Responding, LASUIS Principal, Mr. Odumbo Taiwo also praised the University Management under the leadership of Prof. Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji – Bello, mni, highlighted some of the School’s programmes and informed that work is in progress on the internationalization of the School’s academic programmes.

The Deputy Registrar, Academic Staff Establishment (ASE) and member of the LASUIS Board, Mr. David Ogungbe was in attendance.
