Following Visit To Badagry, Governing Council Wraps-Up Two-Day Tour At Main Campus, Ojo

The governing council’s mop-up tour of facilities, which commenced at the Badagry Campus, on Wednesday, was on Thursday, 12th May 2022, wrapped up at the university’s main campus, Ojo. Chairman, governing council, Sir. David Sunmoni, and vice chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, led members of the governing council and management, respectively, on an assessment of ongoing and newly completed facilities on the main campus. Places visited by the members alongside other senior officials of the university included the ongoing university main library, the recently awarded technology hub, faculty of Management Sciences hub, LASU International School, Lagos Homes staff quarters, school hostels, LASU Multipurpose Hall, School of Communication new building, renovated sports complex, ICT Centre, facilities of Arts new building, Academic Planning Resource Cetre and the staff club. The facilities are at the various stages of construction and completion. Following the Council’s intervention, work at ongoing project sites is expected to intensify with several new facilities set to be delivered to the university in the coming months.
