It is with immense pleasure and profound admiration that I extend hearty congratulations to Your Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on your recent meritorious conferment of the Honorary Doctorate Degree of Management Honoris Causa from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and the Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
The prestigious honours stand as an acknowledgement of your sterling leadership qualities and enduringly impactful life of public service.
